Technical limitations
The service depends on third-party share pages, signed playlists, CORS headers, network availability, browser features, device memory, media formats, codecs, and mux.js behavior. Any of those can change or fail. A recording may resolve but still be too large, encrypted, expired, corrupt, or incompatible with browser transmuxing.
The generated MP4 may omit captions, chapters, comments, transcripts, speaker labels, alternate audio tracks, thumbnails, analytics, and platform metadata. The output should be checked for duration, audio, synchronization, completeness, and playability before it is used, shared, archived, or relied upon.
